These terms govern your use of Voywize Solo, operated by Badeca Springs Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to them.
Voywize Solo helps solo travellers post upcoming trips, browse other travellers' trips, and connect with people heading to the same place at a similar time. It also has a chat forum (General, and gender-matched rooms) for solo travellers to talk more broadly.
You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information when creating your account. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account.
Be respectful in every listing, message, and interest you send. Harassment, abuse, impersonation, or contacting someone who has blocked you is not allowed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this, based on reports or our own review. Reporting or blocking someone never notifies them that you did so.
You keep ownership of anything you post — trip listings, your bio, chat messages. By posting it, you give us permission to store and display it back to you and other users as part of running the app. Don't post anything you don't have the right to share, or anything that reveals someone else's personal details without their consent.
Premium costs £4.99/month, billed automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the Premium page's "Manage billing" link — you'll keep Premium access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and we don't offer refunds for partial periods. Prices may change with notice; continuing to use Premium after a price change means you accept the new price.
We provide the tools to connect with other travellers, but we don't verify anyone's identity beyond a confirmed email address, and we can't guarantee the accuracy of what anyone posts. Always use your own judgement when arranging to meet someone — meet in public, tell someone your plans, and report anything that feels wrong.
You can stop using Voywize Solo at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the platform, or put other users at risk.
Voywize Solo is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for interactions between users, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using the app. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.
We may update these terms as the app changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
